Rice has always been a kid's favorite. Surely, you won't go wrong with this improved fried rice, mixed in with the healthy nutrients from veggies!
- 1 cup steamed rice
- 2 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- Wash, peel & chop the carrots into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add vegetables and fry for a few minutes.
- Add soy sauce, rice and salt.
- Mix well.
