Healthy Chicken Sopas

• 100g elbow macaroni
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 celery stalk
• 1 small onion
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• salt and pepper
• 1/2kg skinless chicken breast
• 1 large bell pepper
• 1/4 head of cabbage
• 5 garlic cloves
• 2 low-salt, MSG-free chicken stock cubes
• 10 cups water
