Apple Lactum 3+ Milkshake

During the heat of summer, a milkshake is a refreshing way for your child to cool down. This recipe raises both the health and taste parts of the equation by adding fruit. Apples in particular have a lot of health benefits, including reducing the risk of diabetes and obesity. 1 whole apple

½ cup water

½ cup Lactum 3+ or 6+

½ cup unsweetened yogurt

2tsp raisins

1 pinch cinnamon powder



1. Wash whole apple thoroughly, then steam for 10 minutes or until soft.

2. Remove apple skin, quarter and de-seed.

3. Mash raisins.

4. Combine apple quarters, milk, raisins, yogurt and cinnamon powder.

5. Blend until all lumps are gone and consistency is smooth.
