Bakit ba important on-time kumain ang kids? Noong single pa ako, I just ate whenever gutom na ako. Pero now that I have a family, we stick to our mealtime schedule. May good effects kasi sa nourishment ng kids ang pagiging strict nating mga mommies sa mealtime schedule nila.
One good effect of eating on time is kids are nourished regularly. Sanay kasi sila sa routine, so their bodies are also used to getting nourished at regular intervals. Another good effect is natuturuan natin sila kumain ng tamang proportion ng food. Not too little and not too much. Dahil kapag sumobra, they will lose their appetite for the next meal. Kapag too little naman, madali silang magugutom and they might crave for unhealthy food.
