Mead Johnson Nutrition’s top priority is the health and safety of children, and we take this responsibility seriously. We closely monitor our products which are made available in the market.

MJN is immediately initiating a Voluntary Product Recall on Lactum 0-6 months Infant Formula 350g carton with batch number PL9GDL5B. Upon receiving an inquiry about the packaging of a product above, we immediately and thoroughly investigated and found out that the abovementioned batch of Lactum 0-6 months Infant Formula contained foil pouch of Lactum 6-12 months milk supplement powder. MJN has notified the relevant authorities and have transparently communicated our action and measures to protect the safety of our consumers. According to our Voluntary Product Recall, we will provide product replacement or refund for opened and unopened boxes of the concerned Lactum batch (Lactum 0-6 months Infant Formula 350g carton batch number PL9GDL5B).

Consumers have three ways to get the product replacement or refund:
