Teriyaki Tuna Burgers
It's always enjoyable to see your kid having fun, especially when it comes from active play. Not only does it help body development, it helps develop a well-balanced personality too! But of course, getting active requires 100% nourishment*, so try this delicious recipe that your child will be sure to love.
Combine tuna, teriyaki sauce, breadcrumbs, egg white and mix well. Add onion, bell pepper, green onion, black pepper, garlic and pepper sauce. Mix until well blended. Form into two patties. Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook the tuna burgers until light golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
Assemble burgers: On bottom side of each split hamburger bun, place a lettuce leaf. Top with cooked teriyaki tuna burger. Add a slice of red onion, slice tomato and a tablespoon of beansprouts. Close burger with bun top. Serve with a glass of Lactum 3+/6+ to help meet the recommended daily dairy requirement according to the Food Pyramid.
