Lactum 3+/6+ Mugmahalan Promo

The Lactum 3+/6+ Mugmahalan promo is a Facebook promo which requires moms to upload photos of their Mugmahalan bonding moments with their child showing the Lactum 3+/6+ writeable mugs.

Who Can Join?
The contest is open to moms with kids 37 months to 9 years old at the start of the submission period of the promo.
How to Join?
In the Lactum 3+/6+ Facebook timeline, moms should wait for the post announcing the call for entries. In the comments section of that post, moms should upload photos of their bonding moments with their kid/s showing the Lactum 3+/6+ writeable mugs*.
*FREE for every purchase of Lactum 3+/6+ 1.2kg and 1.6kg packs
should clearly show the personalized Mugmahalan Lactum 3+/6+ mugs (1 mug for the mom, 1 mug for the child)
should be accompanied by the given caption (refer to item #2).

should not be taken by a professional photographer or in a studio
Photo should be completed with the caption:
“#Mugmahalan moments with (name of child) @LactumPhilippines”
An entry will only be considered as VALID if the photo and caption are submitted in ONE comment of the post.
Moms may submit as many entries throughout the promo period but may only win any of the prizes once.
ONLY VALID ENTRIES will be uploaded into the #Mugmahalan album on the Lactum 3+/6+ website, http://www.lactum3.com/promo within 24-48 hours from submission.
Contestants suspected to be using fake accounts will automatically be disqualified.
Selection of Winners:
Winners will be chosen through a judging process during the week of June 15, 2014, which will be based on the following criteria:

Announcement of Winners and Claiming of Prizes:
Winners will be announced on the www.lactum3.com website during the week of June 22, 2015. They must send their contact details (email address and mobile number) via a private message on the Lactum 3+/6+ Facebook page or email to email@example.com in order to receive instructions on the claiming of prizes.
Upon receipt of the winner’s notification via Facebook private message, email, text, or call, winners in the General Metro Manila area are required to claim their prizes from the Yehey! Digital Group office located at 1801 Tektite East Tower, Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines 1605. Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (excluding holidays) until August 20, 2015, from 10:00am-5:00PM only. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Winners will be required to present one valid ID (government-issued ID or company ID valid within the last six (6) months) and the birth certificate of their child (must prove that child is 37 months to 9 years old at the start of the submission period of the promo).
Provincial winners must email to firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of one valid ID and their child’s birth certificate first before scheduling the delivery of prizes. Should the courier service fail to deliver the item after two attempts to the provided delivery address due to the unavailability of the participant to receive the item on the day of delivery (i.e. wrong delivery address, participant is not home etc.), the winner should arrange for pick-up or shoulder the expense of the courier service.
The winner may also send her duly authorized representative to claim the prize, but must bring a valid ID, an authorization letter from the winner, and the documents required from the winner as mentioned above.
If any provision of the official contest rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Mead Johnson Nutrition, Inc. (MJN) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules.
If MJN determines, in its sole discretion, that the online portion of the contest is compromised by a virus, bug, robot entries, or other corruption of the administration, security or proper play of the contest, then, at its sole discretion, MJN can cancel this contest.
In the event of any non-compliance with any requirement stated herein, a winner's prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. This contest is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the Philippines, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein.
Registered users upon submission of entry surrender picture rights to MJN. In some cases, users can be requested to prove their affinity with the subject of the pictures they have submitted. At the same time, users and winners might be asked to guest in some promotional events.
Upon submission of entries, users agree to all terms and conditions.
MJN reserves the right to disqualify entries without prior notice. The decision will be final.
All employees of MJN, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, packaging suppliers, and their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
All submitted entries will automatically be a property of MJN. The company may use such materials in their website or other media.
