Ingredients 1.5kg squash, seeded and quartered Melted unsalted butter 1 tbsp salt, plus 1 tsp 1 tbsp ground pepper, plus ½ tsp 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ all purpose cream
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).
2. Place squash onto half sheet pan.
3. Brush inside of squash with butter and 1 tsp of pepper.
