- 5 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ medium onion, diced
- Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and the carrots into thin rounds.
- Steam sweet potatoes and carrot until soft.
- Mash sweet potatoes and carrots in a bowl then mix the onions.
- Shape into balls.
- Pre-heat pan then put one ball and flatten it. Fry/grill until both sides are lightly brown.
