- 1 large whole wheat tortilla, toasted
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- honey, for drizzling
- Spread peanut butter on tortilla. Sprinkle chopped bacon and scatter banana slices over peanut butter. Drizzle some honey over all the ingredients.
- Roll the tortilla from one side to form a burrito. Keep it in place by tucking a toothpick through the outer flap of the burrito. Serve.
