- 2 cups boiled macaroni
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cup cheese cubes
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup boiled peas
- 2 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and to taste
- Cut spring onions into small pieces.
- Cut tomato and cheese into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all vegetables, macaroni and cheese cubes.
- Add the calamansi juice, sugar, salt & pepper. Mix well & refrigerate.
