Make your child's favorite snack from scratch to avoid preservatives and unhealthy ingredients.
- 1 small potato, skin on and sliced paper-thin
- Salt (optional)
- Line a microwavable plate with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Lay the potato slices flat on the parchment paper without any of them touching. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Then, cover with another sheet of parchment paper.
- Cook in the microwave for 5-6 minutes or until chips have browned lightly. Serve.
