- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fruit jam (any flavor)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted almonds (or any nut), toasted and chopped
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or in the yogurt cup itself.
- Serve and enjoy.
