- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 4 oz. fruit-flavored yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ice cubes
- Place ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until well blended.
