When it comes to feeding your distracted child, sometimes all you need to do is to get them to eat familiar dishes first. Don't try to immediately give them food that you know they won't eat. - 8 eggs
- 8 slices white bread
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
- Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, green onion and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, spread equal amounts on 4 slices bread; top with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
