Here's a yummy and nourishing breakfast recipe for your picky eater. Just reduce the sugar and condensed milk to lessen the sweetness.
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- ¾ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract condensed milk, to serve, optional
- In a medium saucepan, pour water. Cook glutinous rice, remembering to stir the rice until it becomes transparent and gooey.
- Add in the vanilla extract, sugar, and dark chocolate. Allow chocolate to melt and sugar to dissolve while stirring. Remove from heat. Serve in bowls and with milk if desired.
