How do you get a distracted kid interested to eat? Combine two ingredients that kids love most: corn and cheese!
- 2 tbsp of yellow curry powder
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Cut the cauliflower head into even, bite-sized pieces. Toss it with olive oil, salt and curry powder.
- Roast the florets in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Toss with the cilantro and serve.
