Hi moms! Excited na ba ang mga kids for Halloween? Ako, excited na to plan not only for my kids' costumes but also for the treats na ipapamigay namin. Siyempre mas lalu excited ang mga kids sa mga treats na makukuha nila!
I allow these kinds of excitements at home pero siyempre, I still prioritize my kids' nutrition. Kaya nga this Halloween, I was thinking of probably serving healthier versions of their favorite treats! Instead of chocolate bars, pwede ko ring i-try ang granola bars na rich in fiber and nuts. And instead of chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies naman ang isi-serve ko. I will also carve apple slices into vampire teeth or pumpkin candies ala jack-o-lantern! Meron pa nga akong gustong i-try na simple recipe using carrots sticks that are shaped like human fingers and then with a sweet sauce on the side. For drinks, how about a Lactum 3+/6+ shake served in decorated—and scary—cups?
