Hello mga mommies! Kamusta ang first week of school ng mga kids? Sa bahay, nagsisimula na ang mga regular routines namin—pag gising ng maaga, pag-prepare ng nourishing breakfast, pag hatid at sundo sa school, pag gawa ng homework, and the list goes on.
Now that Yohan is growing up, I can also see na she's starting to take some responsibilities like helping me pack her baon for the day and making sure that she keeps all her materials ready for school the night before. Her sense of responsibility assures me that my daughter would grow up to be disciplined, kind, and intelligent. Proud mom, di ba?
Kung gaano ko nakikitang busy si Yohan, I have to admit though na I've also been very busy these past few weeks. Workload is coming in fast. At the end of the day though, it always crosses my mind never to let my work hinder spending time with my family. Mahirap, pero kayang gawin—kayang-kaya!
What I do is to bond with my family as much as I can. May it be through playtime or doing homework, I always make sure that I am there during these important stages of their lives. Favorite naming gawin ni Yohan is to cook or bake. Nakikita ko na nga na may future siya! We actually tried a no-bake cookie recipe and sobrang nag-enjoy si Yohan. Ang perfect partner with this recipe? A glass of Lactum 6+ for Yohan to help me ensure that she is completely nourished*!
Minsan naman we just relax and take a day-off to visit the village park and have a picnic. My specialty for these events is my cucumber and tomato salad. Gustong-gusto nila yung sweet and tasty side dish na ito, which is impressive considering na veggies and fruits lang ang ingredients ko.
Ang sarap talaga isipin ng mga ganitong moments with my children. Kaya despite being a busy mom, never kong pinapalampas ang mga oras na I get to spend with them. Dahil bilang isang ina, my kids are the most important people in my life.
