Hindi madali mag-prepare ng breakfast. Sometimes, I'm tired from a shoot the day before and I have to wake up early the next day to make a nutritious breakfast for my family. Not that I'm complaining, pero minsan mahirap talaga, lalo na if you don't have ideas.
I love my family. Kaya kahit mahirap, I'll make things work. That's why I'm thankful na natuto ako ng meal planning. It's something I think any mom should not do without. Malaki ang tulong, in terms of time and efficiency, na nagagawa ng mayroong meal plan.
Before, I didn't see the importance of meal planning. When I learned that it's easy and really helpful, I do it regularly.
I sit on it for an hour or two. I plan what I'll cook for the week. Then, I make my grocery list. I also try to include one or two new recipes na ginawa ko.
