For sure marami sa atin ang naglista ng New Year's resolution, para sa ating mga sarili at para sa ating mga kids. And this 2015, I've started to be true to our resolution, na gawing healthier pa ang aming lifestyle.
When I listed down this resolution, naisip ko na parang mahirap sundin. So I spent some time thinking kung anu-ano ba ang pwede ko pang gawin para maging healthier.
Here's a list I made on how my family, especially my kids, can be healthier this 2015.
