Let's Get Physical (Fun)!
Hello, mga mommies! Alam niyo, it really makes me smile when I see how my attempts to give Lucho 100% nourishment* work. Nakikita ko ito in so many ways, but one of the most obvious is in how much he enjoys playtime.
I love how he joins us in whatever we do, especially when we're being active! He sees how much fun we have exercising or how fulfilled I am in the kitchen, so he feels the need to be part of it too. I actually make sure to encourage him, para masanay siya sa pagiging active.
Of course, when we're planning a day filled with activities, I make sure to give him the right food- not too heavy, oily or hard to digest, pero packed with ingredients that will give 100% nutrition. One dish na favorite ni Lucho is fish sandwich, which is healthy and delicious at the same time!
It makes me so happy to see him na ganadong-ganado kumain since I want to make sure he gets 100% nutrition*. For that, I plan his meals according to the Food Pyramid, at siyempre I always give him Lactum 3+ para kumpleto talaga (at gustong-gusto niya yung lasa!).
